1. No Returns Due to Product Nature
   Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

2. Damaged Items
   If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the damage (photos of the damaged product and packaging).

3. Shipping
   All orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

4. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Cancellations
   Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
