Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact USPS directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will replace damaged items as per our refund and return policy.
